Customers may cancel their booking or registration by providing written notice via email or through their account dashboard.

Refund Eligibility:

Cancellations made within [X–Y] days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund (e.g., 50%).

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within [Y] days of the event/service date.

Non-refundable Fees:
Any processing fees, taxes, or third-party service fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation by Organizer:
If the event/service is canceled by the organizer, customers will receive a full refund, including any fees.
